Educ qualification :-For Senior Engineer (Instrumentation) a Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 60% of merit,
Senior Officer (Marketing) a Bachelor degree in Engineering with 60% merit marks and MBA with 60% mark.
Senior Officer(Law). a Bachelor degree in law (L L B). with 55% aggregate merit marks.
Senior Officer (C.C). a Bachelor degree with 55% marks or a Master degree with public relations or mass communication or journalism 60% is needed.
Senior Superintendent (Hindi).a Bachelor degree in Hindi literature with 50% marks or a degree or diploma in translation from Hindi to English or Master degree is needed.
Senior Accountant. a intermediate level or equivalent in C.A or I C W A or M.Com. in Accountancy with 55% of merit marks is needed. computer knowledge.
Senior Superintendent (H R) a Bachelor degree with diploma in Personnel Management. or Industrial with 50% of Marks.
Senior Chemist. a Master Degree in Chemistry 50% of Marks.
Fore Man (Mechanical) - a Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial production with 55% of Merit marks.
Fore Man (Electrical) a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical or Electronic with 55% of merit marks.
Fore Man ( Instrumentation) a Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering Instrumentation with 55% of Merit Marks.
B.tech persons or M.tech persons are given more preference.
Work Experience A person needed two years of work experience in private work shops
Age limit is as follow:- for Senior Engineer (Instrumentation) must not be above 40 years,
for Senior Officer (Marketing) must not be above 40 years,
for Senior Officer (Law) must not be above 40 years.
for Senior Officer (C.C) must not be above 40 years.
for Senior Superintendent (Hindi) must not be above 50 years.
for Senior Accountant must not be above 50 years,
for Senior Superintendent (H.R) must not be above 50 years,
for Senior Chemist must not be above 50 years.
for Fore Man (Mechanical) must not be above 42 years, For Fore Man (Electrical ) must not be above 42 years,
for Fore Man (Instrumentation) must not be above 42 years,
Age relaxation is as follows :- age relaxation for O.B.C, S.C, S.T, P.H, P W D, 3 years 5 years respectively,
