Pay scale details for these posts:-

The salary for customer service officer is in Rs.22600/- twenty two thousand six hundred approximately p/m,

The salary for customer service representative is in Rs.14400/- fourteen thousand four hundred approximately p/m,

Age limit:-

for customer service officer in below 32 years as on 31-03-2016, 

for customer service representative is below 30 years as on 31-03-2016,

and relaxation in age for cso is for general JAIIB / CAIIB I with one year experience as a clerk in commercial cooperative bank below 33 years, and for general JAIIB / CAIIB  I with two years experience as a clerk in commercial cooperative bank below 34 years and for general JAIIB / CAIIB  I with three years experience as a clerk in commercial cooperative bank below 35 years, 

Educational qualification;-

for customer service officer the person must be a graduate from recognized university or institution with second class securing 50% of marks or post graduate from recognized university securing with 50% of marks,

for customer service representative the person must be graduate from recognized university with 45% of marks and must know operating knowledge of computers,
