Pay scales and allowances for the driver ordinary grade is
Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- p/m plus Grade pay Rs.1900/- p/m
Age limit:-Persons must be in between 18 years to below 27

And relaxation in age is given to reserved category like
obc 3years and sc, st, 5 years ex service men up to 33 years after deducting
the period of service from actual age)

) who have rendered not less than three years of continuous /regular service of

Educational qualification:-The person must pass SSC. or 10th
class from recognized board and
Must hold a clean and valid driving license to drive light
and heavy vehicles and ability to read
and fillup routine forms in English and Hindi, desirable,
Experience:-Consolidated experience in driving a light and
heavy vehicle for at least 3 years
Should posses the knowledge of motor mechanism
He should be able to attend minor repairs of petrol and
diesel driven vehicles such as following,
General day to day maintenance of vehicles and
tyres & battery
maintenance and lubrication of vehicles ,
Accelerator brake and clutch pedal and fan belt adjustment
Removal of air lock and oil blocks,
Desirable qualification:-posses a valid driving license to
drive two wheelers,
Nature of work;-May be required to drive either light or
heavy vehicle or both required to perform duty in round the clock shift also
