Pay scale and other allowances:-

for himalayan research associate salary is in Rs.22000/- p/m plus hra as admissible and accomodation if available and other benefits like leave, medical may be provided as per rules of gbpihed

for ict technician salary is in Rs.30000/- p/m fixed no allowances, as per institute rules,

for computer lab assistant salary is in Rs.16000/- p/m fixed no allowances as per institute rules,

Education qualification:-

for himalayan research associate PhD, degree holders with in three years of award of PhD, degree or those who have submitted PhD, thesis , Applicants who are about to submit thesis are also eligible to apply but their selection will be subject to the condition that they would have submitted thesis before the expiry of the validity of the award offer, this post is only to Indian nationals,

for ict technician B.Tech in computer science/ MCA  with minimum 2 years working experience of managing and handling database and activities of National/ International projects in any reputed organisation/ institution,

for computer lab assistant Gradudate with at least II div , with 3 years experience with science background up to 12th standard is preferable. computer course of at least six month

Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed , ability to operate equipment such as printers or tape readers and ability to multi-task, physically fit to work in himalayan mountains,

Age limit:-

for himalayan research associate upper age limit is below 35 years and age relaxation is given up 5 years for sc, st, obc, women, physically handicapped, as per rules,

for ict technician and computer lab assistant is below 40 years and relaxation is given in age for sc, st, obc, women, physically handicapped as per government rules,

no ta, da, will be paid to candidates for attending inerview

These post pure temporary may be extendable and duration of contract is two years,
