Pay scale and other allowance details;-Salary in Rs.10480/- to 18300/- p/m with all allowances as per Kerala government rules,

Age limit:-The upper age limit of the candidates is in between 19 to below 30 years of age as on 19-03-2016, and age relaxation is given to the reserved category like obc, sc, st, ex service men a per government rules of Kerala government, as 3 years and 5 years

Educational qualification:-Pass in 10+2 or intermediate conducted by board of Higher secondary education or Intermediate education, recognized by government of India or Kerala,

Male and Female candidates must posses following qualification also
Males;-Physical standards height a minimum of 168 cms, Chest a minimum of 81 cms and at full expansion the chest must increase 5 cms length,

Minimum height measurement of scheduled caste and scheduled tribes must be 160 cms and minimum chest expansion must be 5 cms for scheduled caste and scheduled tribes also

Physical efficiency test:-All male candidate must qualify in five events out of eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency test one star standard test,
1.100 meters run in fourteen seconds,
2.High jump of 132.2 cms
3.Long jump of 457.2 cms,
4.Putting the shot 7264 gms. to 609.6 cms length
5.Throwing the cricket ball 6096 cms.
6.Rope climbing  (only with hands) 365.8 cms,
7.Pull Ups or chinnings  8 times,
8.1500 hundred meters run in 5 minutes 44 seconds,

Endurance test;-All males candidates shall successfully complete an endurance test of running 2 kms in 13 minutes,

Female candidates physical standard;-Height a minimum of  157 cms, note;-Minimum height measurement of scheduled caste and scheduled tribes females is 150 cms,
Physical efficiency test:-All the female candidates must qualify any of the five events, out of 9 events, specified below of the National Physical Efficiency of one star standard test,

04.Putting the shot of  (4000 gms) 400 cms,
05.200 meters run in 36 seconds,

08.Pull Ups or Chinning  8 times,
09.Skipping in one minute  80 times,

Endurance test:-All female candidates shall successfully complete an endurance test of running 2 kilometers in 15 minutes,

hearing should be perfect and vision also should be perfect,

Selection method;-The candidates are selected based on OMR Physical Efficiency and test and Endurance test,
