Mode of selection;-The selection is made with two process by the kerala state preliminary examination conducted by the Kerala Judicial Services, and the second phase of examination is done by Kerala Judicial Services that is Mains examination and then interview,
Educational qualification:-A candidate for appointment as Munsiff Magistrate by direct recruitment (NCA) vacancies shall satisfy the general conditions namely,
He/She shall be a citizen of India,
He/She shall be a holder of degree in LAW recognized by the Bar Council of India, for the purpose of enrollment as an advocate
He/She shall not have completed 38 years of age on the first day of 1-1-2016, and forty years if he/She belongs to the scheduled tribes,
He/She shall be of good character,
He/She shall be good healthy body,
The written examination consist of 200 marks with 100 questions carrying 2 marks for each question
and one mark is cut down if ticked to wrong answer,
