Pay scale and other allowances details:-
for post 01 General Manager (Technical) salary is in Rs.54450-1150-55600-1320-66160-1490-75100-1650-86650-1800-88450 (under revision) total salary at present at the minimum scale of pay (Basic pay+da+hra);- Rs.103,455/- p/m

for post 02 Deputy General Manager salary is in Rs.100000/- p/m approximate,

Age limit;-
upper age limit is below 50 years for post 01 and 02 age relaxation is given to obc, sc, st, as per company rules obc, 3 years and sc, st, 5 years

Educational qualification details:-
for post 01 general manager Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical) from a recognized university, and qualification of mater degree in Engineering / M.B.A is desirable,

Experience:- Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience executive level,

for post 02. deputy general manager marketing a Degree in Arts/Science /Commerce from recognized University and M.B.A (full time) with specialization in marketing from premier Institute of a recognized University,

Experience:-Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in executive level out of which at least five years should be in senior managerial position in sales /marketing department of a reputed organisation, should be well versed with all aspects of marketing,

Those who are working in the government departments public sector undertaking and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel,
