Pay scale and other allowances details:-
for post no 01 salary is Rs.32900/- to 58000/- p/m and an increase of increment of 3% on basic pay salary of every year
for post no 02 salary is Rs.24900/- to 50500/- p/m and an increase of increment of 3% on basic pay salary of every year
Age limit;-upper age limit for posts is below 45 years for post no 01 Deputy General Manager E-VI and age relaxation is given 3 years for obc, and 5 years for sc, st, pwd as per rules as on 31-01-2016

Education qualification:-for both posts education needed is BE or B.Tech Civil Engineering for any recognized university or institution
Service experience:-
for post no 01 DGM E-VI minimum 15 years post qualification work experience in the field of Project Management /EPC /Infrastructure/The candidates should have relevant experience in construction related activities i.e execution,/supervision of construction works involving excavation of earth work, piling, road works, RCC framed building works, RCC works in deep foundation.foundation of structures for heavy equipment
for post no 02 Dy Manager E-IV minimum 6 years of post qualification works experience in Project Planning Site coordination, estimation, execution of Industrial infrastructure and under ground complexes, continuous casting of rcc slabs, soil or rock stabilization during excavation, Quality control procedure, coordination of inter disciplinary activities, billing, exposure to Auto CAD and Micro soft projects,
Application Fee:-The payment of application fee is in the form of challan applicant down load challan form from website www.bel-india.com and fill the three portions of challan go to any nearest sbi branch and pay Rs.540/- five hundred forty rupees amount to cashier of bank cashier as challan 500/- amount and 40/- as bank charges will up date the challan in the system country wide and it is done a unique number is generated in the system as "Journal Number" and this journal number is written by cashier manually in all three portions of challan and one portion is retained by cashier in the bank and other two portions are given candidates dully entering journal number manually and candidate should ensure before leaving the cash counter that journal number is entered in the two copies of challan (company copy and applicant copy) handed over to him/her after remittance of fee amount, if journal number is not mentioned in challan, the candidate hould insist for the same and get entered before leaving the cash counter.
candidate should retain his copy of challan challan with out entry of journal number will not be considered
